What a time to buy!
With the lenders tightening their grip on loans, it may not be so easy to acquire one…….. but, those that do, have numerous amounts of wonderful homes to choose from, and the insurance rates are finally getting affordable again.
New homes are at the cheapest prices in years, and that is getting sellers that are serious of selling their ‘pre-existing’ home, to get theirs in top notch condition and sell it at the right price.
