Interest Rates…. staying low?

Someone was taking a poll about what interest rates will do in the next year. I think as poor as the economy is, with the election approaching, rates will have to stay low.

If you are looking to buy within the next year, I still wouldn’t wait if you find the right steal of a deal. When the market finally does start to recover, sellers are not going to hesitate to bump there prices back up, to try to recapture their equity. When this happens, the buyers that waited will say ” Woulda’ Coulda’ Shoulda”.
